* Fill out and submit the Request Form. Once you receive a confirmation email from us, you can proceed to place your order online and we’ll begin your investigation.
Business clients also have the option to send case details and documents directly by email for convenience.
* Private investigation firms and other approved companies may contact us to arrange alternate payment methods for bulk cases.
* We provide an approximate 14-day turnaround depending how busy we are. If you require the investigation to be completed sooner, you may add a RUSH to your order in the checkout for an additional $100 CAD.
* All investigations (except genealogy) come with a basic report. Should you require a detailed report there will be an additional $100 fee which you can purchase in the checkout.
* No Find, No Fee Locate — $500
-Includes up to 3 hours of investigative locating work.
-If the subject is located within the specified 3-hour timeframe, the success fee is $500.
-If the subject is not located within 3 hours, you may choose to conclude the investigation at no charge and receive a full refund.
-If the search is more complex and you’d like us to continue past 3 hours, extra time will be billed at $80 per hour plus any expenses.
